The lights go down. The van lights up.

The glow switch

Close the doors. Switch on another world.

When the doors close, or the evening draws in, the UV carpet, neon details and projector come alive together. The screens are ready, the music is on, and the van becomes a private gaming arena parked right outside.

Add the birthday name glowing on screen and this is the moment the party truly feels like theirs.

“Highly recommend booking Gareth at Level Up Gaming for children's parties. We booked an 1.5 hour slot for my son's 9th birthday party and all the children had great fun. They wanted the van to stay! Gareth arrived early to set up and it was ready to go!”

Questions parents ask

Everything, answered up front.

The van needs access to a power supply and an internet connection. We will confirm the practical details with you before the party.

A standard parking space outside your home, venue or holiday park is usually enough. Access and parking are confirmed with you before the date, so there are no surprises on the day.

Nothing changes. The whole party happens inside the van, warm and dry. Welsh weather does not get a vote.

The games library covers a wide range of ages, from Mario Kart and Minecraft upwards. Tell us the age of the party and we will make sure the right games are loaded.

The van has screens and seating along both benches for group play. Ask about your party size when you check your date and we will confirm exactly how many can play at once.

Most parents set food up indoors while the party plays in the van. One of the reviews above mentions exactly that. Confirm the arrangement when you book.

Fortnite, FC 26, Minecraft, Descenders, Fall Guys, Skate, Forza Horizon 6 and Roblox are just some of the games available.

The van covers North Wales, from the coast to inland villages. Send your postcode with your date and we will confirm coverage and any travel cost up front.

Once availability and your party details are agreed, a £20 deposit secures your booking. The remaining payment and cancellation arrangements are explained clearly before you confirm.
