This page explains the enquiry and confirmation process. Your individual booking details will be agreed with you directly before the party is confirmed.

Enquiries and confirmation

Sending the website form checks a date and does not create a confirmed booking. We will reply with availability, coverage, timing, price, and the details needed to confirm your booking.

Price and duration

Parties start from £140 and the standard gaming experience lasts 90 minutes. Your final price and any travel cost will be confirmed before you book.

Arrival and setup

We aim to arrive 15 minutes before the agreed party time for a quick setup. The van needs a suitable place to park outside the home or venue, access to a power supply, and an internet connection. We bring the connecting cables.

Games and party details

Available games include Fortnite, FC 26, Minecraft, Descenders, Fall Guys, Skate, Forza Horizon 6 and Roblox. Tell us the ages and group size when enquiring so the right setup can be agreed.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Any payment schedule, deposit, cancellation arrangement, and special requirements will be explained and agreed with you before the booking is confirmed. If plans change, contact us as soon as possible on 07377 454005.
