Your information, handled clearly.

Level Up Gaming Van is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at enquiry@levelupgamingvan.com, on 07377 454005, or through our Facebook page.

What we collect

When you check a date, we collect your name, postcode, preferred date, event type, and the email address or mobile number you provide. We also receive the information you choose to send when you contact us directly.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check availability and coverage, provide a price, organise a booking, and keep the records needed to run the business. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without permission.

Our basis for using it

We use your information to take steps you request before a booking is agreed, to manage an agreed booking, to meet legal record keeping duties, and for our legitimate interest in responding to customers and operating the service.

Who receives it

Enquiry notifications are sent to Level Up Gaming Van. Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions. Voqal AI maintains the website and can access stored submissions when needed for website support. Voqal AI does not receive copies of enquiry notification emails. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry, manage a booking, resolve questions, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where appropriate, restriction of its use, or object to certain uses. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.

Website fonts and statistics

Fonts are hosted with this website, so your browser does not need to contact Google to display them. The hosting provider produces aggregate visitor statistics from server logs.

Updates

This policy was last updated on 9 September 2026. We will update this page if the way we use personal information changes.
